It's our hope that each dress you receive from us is perfect from the moment you open the package! In the event that something doesn't work, we'll be happy to return or exchange garments that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot offer refunds on returns that are past 30 days, but will gladly offer store credit.
For both returns and exchanges, you'll receive an email with a UPS return label attached. For returns, you'll receive a refund for the full amount of your order minus $10 to cover shipping. You will not be charged for return shipping if you make an exchange.
